    Alex is the President of Hardy Financial Inc., a third generation investment advisor and life insurance broker who has been counseling Canadians for over 15 years. In an ever-changing financial services industry, Alex stays pace with the latest financial products and strategies to help you accumulate wealth and pay less tax.

    He educates his personal & corporate clients in areas ranging from tax-exempt insurance, to segregated fund investments and group benefits with a unique specialty in the area of Leverage Investment Loan Strategies. Alex delivers a holistic approach to insurance and investment planning to help ensure his clients long term personal or business plans are bullet proofed against unexpected and unforeseen life events. He is an Elder Planning Counselor (EPC) and has been a Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) – The Premier Association of Financial Professionals®. The MDRT represents the top 6% of financial services professionals from around the world.

    Alex believes in giving back to his community and to this end he was elected and previously served as the 72nd President of the Board of Trade Young Professionals, a community based organization of young professionals who volunteer their time and expertise to run various community based events and initiatives.

    Allan is a second generation life insurance agent and has over 40 of experience in the life insurance industry. Over his vast career he has worked with and counseled both personal and corporate clients alike.

    He officially began his career with the Imperial Life Assurance Company of Canada in 1965. Like his father, Lusk Hardy, before him he has had a very successful career. He lead the company as its top producer and was the President of Imperial Life’s President’s Club for more than 20 years while in the business and as well won many industry awards for service.

    Allan is the President of Lusk Hardy & Associates Insurance Agencies Ltd., & Alhard Insurance Agencies Inc.

    In addition to working with and educating his personal clients, Allan has specialized and worked with the owners of public and privately owned corporations in the areas of Corporate Deferred Executive Compensation plans, key person insurance, tax-exempt life insurance, buy/sell agreements, group life, health and pension plans. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and has received Top of the Table honours.

    With over 27 years experience in the life insurance industry, Jeff is one of Canada's leading authorities in optimizing strategies related to life insurance products . In working with us he uses his analytical skills to accomplish a variety of insurance planning goals for our corporate and personal clients in variety or areas with a unique specialty in area corporate owned life insurance strategies for business owners.

    He is the founder of Optimal Insurance Strategies.

    After completing a Schulich MBA (1982) in Finance he spent the first 10 years of his career as a life product manager at a major life insurance company and designed many of the innovative life products that are offered throughout the industry today. Jeff is respected as a visionary force within the insurance industry.

    Jeff is dedicated to our client's success giving them the competitive products, knowledge, expertise and support they need to flourish and excel in their insurance planning. H e takes a no nonsense approach and focuses on the individual needs of each client, researching available life products and developing unique applications that will meet the specific - perhaps even one-of-a-kind - requirements of clients . In addition, he provides us with not only with technical, underwriting and administrative support, but also with education and training for the ever-changing financial, tax and investment environments.
